When a member mentioned the delicious energy bites made by personal trainer Bobby Zajkowski, we had to follow up! Thank you to Bobby for sharing this family-tested recipe!
4 cups of oats
1 cup of peanut butter
Half cup of honey
1 cup of pumpkin
Sprinkle of cinnamon and little bit of vanilla
Half cup of chocolate chips (Bobby’s family throws in a few more)
Mix & let sit out for a little while then pack into balls and refrigerate.
The recipe makes about 20 protein bites.
Bobby adds, “The pumpkin is not needed, we enjoy those more though!!”
