Going forward, POUND with Karen will be on the February schedule Thursdays at 12:00 noon! An additional class on Thursdays at 4:30 pm will begin on Thursday, February 9. Class is 45 minutes.
We’re pleased to have Karen join our instruction and training teams. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Certified Weight Loss Specialist (NASM), and Senior Specialty Fitness and Mobility Coach. She is also certified as a Generation POUND Pro Instructor for youth and as a Kickboxing Instructor. Karen says, “My 25 years of training and instruction have included many types of exercise and programs to provide support for others to feel their best and add longevity to their mobility. I particularly enjoy the personal aspect of training and creating a fun, high energy environment for group exercise!”
