Intro to TRX training
Join a TRX® class and receive an intro to suspension training with certified TRX instructor Lisa Olsson! Lisa currently teaches TRX & Circuit Training at PRFC. She’ll be offering an intro at PWC on July 14, 21, & 28, 4:00 – 5:00 pm.
With your body weight as resistance, you can build strength, flexibility & core stability. TRX is adaptable to support all levels of fitness.
