FitScripts
Exercise is medicine!
“I love the FitScripts program. Since enrolling in the program I feel better all around. My digestion, sleep and mood are all improved and I’ve been able to discontinue my anxiety medication. I’m so thankful for the program.” FitScripts participant, 2024
PWC created FitScripts from the Exercise is Medicine® program, an initiative of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the American Medical Association (AMA). It is a physician-referral exercise program specifically designed for individuals who may have a chronic condition or physical limitation such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, obesity, pulmonary disease, or orthopedic concern.
Through FitScripts, physicians prescribe exercise by referring patients to PWC for an eight-week program of supervised sessions in a small group setting.
The program fee is $50/All Access member, $99/non-member; scholarships available.
