Thanks to everyone who joined us  on race day! 2025 was a banner year with a record number of registrants – 767! To all participants, THANK YOU for supporting fitness scholarships for children and adults in need who want to improve their health through exercise!

In 2024, 125 individuals seeking to improve their health received medical fitness scholarships  through our program!

RACE DAY SCHEDULE

Thanksgiving, November 26, 2026

8:00 am – Race start

9:15 am – Kids’ Fun Run (designed for kids under the age of 12)

9:30 am – Awards

Turkey Trot Rules, Regulations and Services

Registration fees are non-transferable & non-refundable. An entry can only be used for the person registered for the entry. Entries cannot be deferred to the following year or a future event. If the event is canceled due to weather, credits and gift cards for the value of registration will be issued.

Parking: Please park across Madison Road at Meadowbrook Shopping Center or in the lot adjacent to PWC at Mulberry Commons. The PWC parking lot will be closed to vehicles.

Strollers: For the safety of this event, we ask that all strollers line up at the back of the starting runners/walkers.

Pets: NO pets allowed.

Timing and results: The timing for this event will be show at the finish line. Individual participants’ race times will be provided by Love Timing.

Awards: Top 3 male and female runners in the following categories: ages 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus.

Child care: Free child care will be available from 7:45 – 9:15 am on race day. Space is limited; please pre-register for child care  on runsignup.com

Hydration: There will be a water station on the race route at the entry to the Country Club of Culpeper property.

Refreshments: Complimentary fruit and water will be available after the race.

Shirts: Adult and youth sizes to include S – 2XL will be handed out when race packets are picked up. Race shirts are guaranteed for participants registering by October 31 and will be available as supplies last for later  registrants.
