A Taste of Tai Chi

Sample the benefits of Tai Chi!

Tai Chi is recognized for its benefits to flexibility, strength, balance, awareness and mood. See Harvard Medical School’s “Health Benefits of Tai Chi”

Our program Taste of Tai Chi is a one-hour “taste test” for participants to experience the basic warm ups of the Yang Style Form. This intro class allows participants to sample Tai Chi and consider whether the longer Fundamentals program may serve to deepen their practice.

Class: October 15, 2025, 6:00 – 7:00 pm.

All movements in Taste of Tai Chi are done from a standing position.

Taste of Tai Chi is free to members.

Non-members are welcome to participate in one complimentary class; second class $15.
