Join Food for Life instructor Eileen Moore to learn how to choose healthy snacks that will support your nutrition and heart health. She is excited to share her discoveries about plant-based eating with others in the community and looks forward to meeting others where they are in their own healthy eating journey. Bring your questions AND appetite to learn while sampling snacks!

Food for Life is an award-winning nutrition education and cooking class program that provides an innovative approach to food as medicine. Eileen also holds a certification in plant-based cooking from the Rouxbe Culinary School. She began eating a plant-based diet a few years ago to improve her quality of life and health. Eileen is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher (teaching Gentle Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga at PRFC) and a registered children’s yoga teacher.
