Curious about Zumba® but nervous about taking that first class? Here’s your chance to give it a try at your own pace! This class is free and open to the public – you’re welcome to bring a friend!

On February 25, 12:00 noon – 1:30 pm, join fitness instructor Kelly Rozwadowski for an introduction to Zumba with a focus on the rhythms of Latin American dances salsa and cumbia. We’ll break down the basic steps along with the history of these rhythms. We’ll learn the choreography of two songs, and finish with a brief sample class. Zumba is all about moving to the music and having fun regardless of your fitness level. Bring your dancing shoes and sense of humor! It’s going to be a good time!
