Here’s a fun celebration of National Heart Health Month: Dance Your Heart Out Zumba® on Friday, February 10!
Join group fitness instructors Kelly Rozwadowski and Heather Boggess in the group exercise room at 5:30 pm. This class is free and open to the public. No Zumba experience necessary; come and have a good time!
Kelly points out, “Cardio classes like Zumba are great for your heart because you’ll be experiencing higher and lower intensity intervals that increase your heart rate while also allowing recovery time. If you love music, the time will fly by!” Heather adds, “Let your love for music and dance meet a great cardio workout without even realizing it because of the fun beats!”
In addition to providing a cardio workout, Zumba also supports muscle conditioning, balance & flexibility and provides an energy boost! Come on the 10th and get your Zumba glow!
