If you have ever wanted to try yoga, but can’t quite bring yourself to walk into a class, here is an opportunity for you to learn about this ancient practice that offers so many health benefits!
Yoga instructor Kelly Rozwadowski will hold a free Yoga for Beginners program on Saturday, March 25, noon-1:30 pm, specifically geared to those who are interested in but have not tried yoga. This program is open to the public.
Kelly will introduce yoga terminology and props (the equipment that can ease your movements, such as blocks and straps). She will also give an overview of the different yoga classes currently offered by PWC and PATH Recreation & Fitness Center. Questions & discussion are welcome. The group will also enjoy a short introductory class.
Mats and props will be available.
