Special this week: Wheels and Weights –  a combo class starting with spin cycling followed by weights!

Join instructors Amy Wagner and Sharon Steele for three Wheels and Weights workshops: October 15 (outside!), November 19 and December 17. Class starts at 8:00 am. Please register via the member portal (pre-registration helps with class set up – #sociallydistancedcycles!)

In between the monthly Wheels and Weights workshops, enjoy our other Spin classes: Monday at 9 am with Sarah, Wednesday at 10:00 am with Amy, Wednesday at 5:30 pm with Mary Ellen, Friday at 9 am with Amy, and Saturday at 9 am with Megan!
