Walk, jog, step on May 14 with group fitness instructor and personal trainer Sharon Steele! This class will mimic the experience of the Rockwater 5K (coming up on June 4), with a mix of walking, jogging, and “hill work” using a step platform! The class is also a great way to accumulate some steps if you’re participating in Walk10K May 9 -15.
