The Walk 10K challenge typically held in early May has been postponed until September due to current shutdowns of fitness centers during the pandemic. Sponsored by the Medical Fitness Association, Walk 10K is a worldwide initiative to encourage people to get moving, with the goal of 10,000 steps per day. Last year our walking community of members, staff, and local businesses, organizations and schools accumulated a winning 63,000,000-plus steps! Mark your calendars, walkers – September will be a beautiful time to take part in this fun challenge!
