Protecting the health and safety of everyone who visits or works at our centers has been a team approach for nearly two years, and our members’ support has been very much appreciated. Your efforts such as wiping down equipment, remaining home if sick or exposed to someone who is sick, and following important protocols such as physical distancing, mask wearing and handwashing are critical to supporting our community’s good health.

Throughout these many months, our staff at PWC and CSF has continued to regularly and frequently sanitize equipment and high touch areas in addition to our regular daily cleaning.

As you likely are aware, Culpeper and the surrounding areas continue to be in a state of high transmission for the COVID-19 virus.
To reduce the risk to members, staff and the community, we are reinstating the following protocols, which began on Thursday, January 6:

  • Staff will mask when not actively training
  • Staff and members will be screened through temperature scan upon facility entry
  • Group classes will be limited to only those numbers that allow for physical distancing of at least 6 feet. Class sign ups may be instituted for certain classes.

We encourage members to follow these preventive measures:

  • Wearing a mask in the building when not actively exercising
  • Frequent handwashing or use of hand sanitizer
  • Maintaining a distance of 6 feet or more from others
  • Continuing to wipe down all equipment that is used

For CSF taekwondo students: Taekwondo classes are an exception to the physical distancing limitations given the participant interaction inherent in the class. Participants are reminded that a class of this type poses more risk of transmission.

If you feel sick or have been exposed to COVID, please do not visit the fitness centers.

We are grateful for your assistance in maintaining an environment for everyone in our fitness community to enjoy.
Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
