Personal trainer Heather Boggess will host a free TRX training class on Tuesday, August 31 at 6:30 pm.
TRX, short for total body resistance exercise, was developed by a Navy SEAL more than 20 years ago. But don’t feel intimidated: this use of simple equipment and suspension training delivers a complete, full body workout that supports all fitness levels. Come and experience the benefits of suspension training: strength building (particularly in the core), flexibility improvement, calorie burn and more.
