Join personal trainer Sarah Mahoney for Total Strength, a 6-week small group training program using weights and bodyweight to build strength. Strength training provides many benefits, including increasing or preserving muscle mass, reducing body fat, burning calories more efficiently, and enhancing overall quality of life through improvements to joint flexibility and balance.

The class will be held from 5:30 to 6:15 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, August 31 – October 12 (no class Labor Day, September 7).
