Our new Swimming for Fitness program is for competent swimmers who would like to take their skills to the next level! You’ll work on improving your strokes while enhancing your cardio capacity and strength. This is the program for you if you’d like to enhance your recreational swimming or if you swim for a team. PWC members and non-members are welcome to register for one-on-one sessions with an instructor.
