A new group exercise class, Strength Fusion, will be held on Fridays at 8:00 am beginning May 7. Strength Fusion is a fun, heart-pumping group fitness format integrating kettlebells, weights, and resistance bands with upbeat music. Using choreographed moves and traditional strength training, this workout led by group exercise instructor/personal trainer Heather Boggess engages the entire body for 40 minutes of calorie torching fun. Class will combine the benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise. This is an effective group fitness workout for all ages and fitness levels.
