Join personal trainer Heather Boggess on December 28 for a foam rolling class using a Rollga, a contoured roller designed to access trigger points that can be difficult to reach.

Rollga’s cross-directional foam roller is designed to stabilize the hips, align the back and increase range of motion. It’s ideal for muscle recovery, fascial health and functional restoration of movement. No foam rolling experience needed!
