We offer group and private swim lessons based on the American Red Cross Learn to Swim program; all ages are welcome and swim lessons are open to the public.
PWC members enjoy a variety of aqua fitness classes, aqua volleyball for adults, and family swim session with float tubes to enjoy the lazy river.

On Thursday, March 26, 6:15 – 6:45 pm, fitness instructors Kim, Lindsay, Demetria and Megan will lead this 30-minute class that offers conditioning for toning and supports overall functional strength and fitness.
Our March Health Matters program on March 10 will focus on nutrition tips for seniors. Join integrative dietitian nutritionist Jena Savadsky Griffith to learn diet and lifestyle strategies to support health and independence. This program is free and open to the public.
