Would you like to participate in a healthy activity that adds variety to your fitness routine, regardless of your age or fitness level? Join us for a swim! We offer group and private swim lessons based on the American Red Cross Learn to Swim program; all ages are welcome and swim lessons are open to the public. PWC members enjoy a variety of aqua fitness classes, aqua volleyball for adults, and family swim session with float tubes to enjoy the lazy river. Swimming is a low impact activity that provides health and fitness benefits and is FUN for all ages!

Summer 2019 swim lessons

For summer 2019, PWC will offer the following classes in its indoor warm water pool: Parent & Child (ages 6 months – 3 years), Preschool Aquatics (ages 3-5 years), and Learn to Swim (ages 6 – 13 years).

Kids! Join our water safety art contest!

We’re kicking off Water Safety Month with a safety-themed coloring contest! If you know a young artist, invite them to enter – registration forms and coloring sheets are at the front desk.


Pilates Reformer Demo Day September 5, 2019

Certified Pilates instructor Alyssa Dalrymple will host a demo day on September 5, 2019 for anyone interested in learning about the many benefits that Pilate Reformer can offer. The Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine that uses springs, leverage and body weight as resistance as you target specific muscle groups. The demo day is free and open to the public.

On August 22, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, integrative dietitian nutritionist Jena Savadsky Griffith will be in the café to answer nutrition questions. Stop by to sample a healthy snack, and take a recipe to enjoy at home!
