Enjoy a variety of aqua fitness classes, group and private swim lessons based on the American Red Cross Learn to Swim program (all ages welcome; open to the public), or a family swim session with float tubes to enjoy the lazy river. Aquatic barre program

Join instructor Sharon Steele for Aquatic Barre in PWC’s indoor heated pool. In Aquatic Barre you’ll learn ballet-inspired movements that will strengthen, firm and add flexibility to multiple muscle groups.

5 Mile Walk Workshop
