Here’s a great way to start your morning! We’ll be offering a special Yoga 1 class with instructor Thunder Lane on Tuesday and Thursday mornings beginning February 4, 2020 and continuing through April 30, 2020. Class times are 7:00 – 8:00 am. Yoga 1 builds on the basics learned in Beginners’ Yoga. Sun salutations and more challenging standing and seated poses will help you build endurance, increase strength, and promote flexibility.
