Heads up on a new class on Friday evenings beginning September 6! Instructor Joyce Bernache-Cohoon will lead Gentle Yoga & Meditation, a perfect end-of-the-week activity to shed any stresses and encourage relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels.
We welcome Joyce as a new member of the PWC team. Her passion for movement and love of helping others is what lead her to pursue a career in yoga. She is a level 1 & 2 certified yoga instructor with training in yoga for PTSD and yoga for Addiction and Recovery.
Joyce believes that yoga is a complete mind, body, spirit experience, which has the potential to benefit everyone on a physical and mental level. She is passionate about helping students learn how to utilize yoga in order to heal, grow and thrive in all aspects of life. She holds a degree in Psychology and a minor in Dance from the University of Maryland. Joyce also will be teaching kids’ yoga at Culpeper Sport & Fitness.
