Work out those winter kinks and get ready for golf season!
We’re pleased to again offer this two part program in partnership with Culpeper Medical Center Physical Therapy that will identify physical conditions that might be limiting your game and prescribe corrective exercise you can follow with the support of a personal trainer.
Curious about the benefits? One of the participants in last year’s program shares his experience:
I participated in the golf program due to soreness in my right shoulder, a little bit of a balance issue with my golf swing, and difficulty holding a phone up to my ear with my right arm. After my assessment, personal trainer Larry Horner gave me a series of exercises that has drastically improved my shoulder and balance issues and I no longer have issues holding a phone during a call. It has also helped my golf game by not having to deal with shoulder issues. I would recommend this program to any level of golfer that wants to improve their game and any physical issues they may deal with playing golf. –Mike M.
