Move It is a fun and fast-paced sequence incorporating exercises, movement & training tools that maximizes fitness quickly. This 30-minute program — like an express bootcamp! — can improve endurance, strength and cardio fitness, boost flexibility and range of motion, and burn calories both during and after your workout. Best of all, you’ll be pushing yourself to your full potential in a fun group training atmosphere. Move It‘s no judgment zone accommodates all levels of fitness and fitness goals –  you can easily choose modifications that support your needs and goals!

In January, try a free Move It session on Mondays (10:15-10:45 am) and Wednesdays (10:15-10:45 am, 5:00-5:30 pm) at PWC – or stop by before or after those times to see Marcus and Christine if you have questions.
