Fitness instructors Kim, Lindsay, Demetria, Ada and Megan will lead this 30 minute class that offers conditioning for toning and supports overall functional strength and fitness. You’ll use your own body weight, weight plates, and resistance bands. Low impact options allow you to choose your intensity during each of the six tracks.
