Join personal trainer Katie Hutchins for a 6-week small group training for all levels!

Participants will use different equipment for strength and cardio interval training. Exercise modifications will allow an effective full body workout – you’ll be able to train at a level appropriate for you.

Class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 – 6:15 pm from January 6 through February 12, 2020.

Member fee: $165. Non-member fee $285.
