If you’ve ever wanted to try spin cycling but are hesitant to jump into a class of experienced riders, here is the class for you!

Whether you’re new to spin or need a refresher, spin instructor Amy Wagner will show how to adjust the bike to fit the rider and ensure everyone’s comfort with spin cycling before the class kicks off. This class will be available on a monthly basis and new spinners are always welcome to give this great workout a try!
