Back pain is very common, affecting 8 out of 10 people at some point during their lives. Consequently, focusing on prevention is important.

Join Sharon Steele, Aquatic Therapy and Rehabilitation Certified Trainer, for this class focused on developing a healthy back through stretches and movement. The supportive environment of the pool decreases load bearing on your body, creating a low impact and beneficial experience.

This 6-week program is right for everyone – even if your back is healthy. During each session you will receive actionable tips to support your back health and strengthen your core.

Class details: Begins January 2. Two classes per week on Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:30 pm – 7:15 pm. Program ends February 8.

Fee: $165/members, $250/non-members.
