Join personal trainer Sharon Steele for a 6-week aquatics session focused on improving joint mobility. The pool’s low impact environment is beneficial for joint support and perfect for those with shoulder, hip, and knee issues.
Class begins August 5, 2019 and meets twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm (no class on Labor Day; final class September 16).
This class is open to members ($165) and non-members ($285).
