Certified BioExercise™ coach Sharon Steele will lead an aquatic small group training designed to improve balance and core with gentle stretching and strengthening exercises. This program is open to the public.
Register for BioExercise™ if you are looking to increase your physical mobility and strength, critical to supporting your overall fitness. The fee is $165 for members and $285 for non-members.
